No Smoking   ALL VEHICLES ARE NON-SMOKING. A deodorization fee will apply if smoking is detected.   College and University  Teams   University and College Teams renting with our office, minimum age for drivers is 21. All drivers must be covered by their own personal full coverage car insurance or university car insurance.   Insurance Requirements    If you will be paying by credit card you are required to have proof of a minimum of liability insurance. If you have only liability insurance we do offer a collision damage waiver at  $16.95 per day.   Cancellations   All reservations are guaranteed with a MINIMUM of a $100.00 deposit. See Deposit below. This is taken off the total cost of the rental. Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to the date of rental to receive a refund. Cancellation period changes for New Year's & Christmas, see below.   If reservations are made within the two week period, you will have until closing time of the day you make your reservation to cancel without losing your deposit.   Unlimited Mileage   Unlimited mileage may be available for customers traveling from another state.   Transfer fees   Transfer fees may apply if vehicle is dropped off at a location other than the one it was rented at.   Mileage   Unlimited mileage is not available for minibuses, cargo vans, or 15 passenger Vans.  You will have 150 miles per day for free, with $0.18 per mile (on most vehicles) thereafter.   Pets   We do not allow pets in our vehicles.   Minibuses   Minibuses are allowed to travel outside of Florida with prior approval. All Minibuses come with 150 miles per day for free, $0.30 per mile thereafter.   No Shows   Reservations will be held for two hours after pick-up time or for two hour after confirmed flight touchdown.   Deposit   There is a MINIMUM of a $100.00 deposit to make a reservation. Deposit amount depends on rental time period and can be higher. All reservations are guaranteed with a deposit. For New Year's & Christmas deposit amounts, see below.   Towing   Towing is now available with our 12 & 15 passenger vans. It is an extra $20.00 per day. With a towing rental you will have 100 miles per day for free, $0.29 per mile after. Weekly rates are not available.   New Year's & Christmas Deposit Requirements   Deposits for rentals with any day falling between December 26th and January 2nd will be as follows. For reservations made before November 1st, 50% of total cost of rental, after November 1st 100% of total cost of rental. Cancellations must be made three weeks prior to the reservation for a full refund. All reservations are guaranteed with this deposit. An email address or fax number must be provided so we can send you a credit card authorization form.   Age Requirements   Minimum Age: 21   Age 21 to 24 - Surcharge of $20.00 per day applies.   Anyone underage is required to have their own full coverage car insurance.   Additional Drivers   Additional drivers permitted   A surcharge of $ 5.00 applies per day (per additional driver)   Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 21   All drivers are required to have a minimum of liability insurance.   Driving Area Restrictions   Unlimited mileage may only be available to renters traveling from another state. Florida residents will have 150 miles free per day, and $0.19 per mile thereafter on most vans.   Deposit Requirements   The following are also accepted for deposit:   Amex, VISA, Master Card, Discover,   Payment Methods   We accept  the following methods of payment:   Amex, VISA, Master Card, Discover   Pick-ups and Drop-offs   No charge pick-ups and drop-offs available at Airport during normal business hours.   Insurance Policies and Surcharges Proof of Coverage Renter must present proof of insurance upon rental of vehicle. If proof of insurance is not obtainable, renter may be required to purchase one or more waivers and insurance coverage. Additional Driver   $ 35.00 per week $ 5.00 per day   Additional drivers are $5 per day, per driver. All drivers must be over 21 and have insurance. Navigation   $ 28.00 per week   Always know where you are and where you're going! Rent this Touchscreen Navigation unit with your van and never be lost again! Available on a first-com first-served basis... Child Seat   $ 25.00 per week $ 4.00 per day   Car seats are available for $3.00 per day per seat. We also have Booster seats. Under Age   $ 140.00 per week $ 20.00 per day   If you are between the ages of 21 and 24, you will have an additional fee of $20.00 per day. $250 deductible Collision Damage Waiver   $ 188.65 per week $ 26.95 per day   For $26.95 per day, you can have a $250.00 deductible. $500 deductible Collision Damage Waiver   $ 153.65 per week $ 21.95 per day   $21.95 per day collision damage waiver will give you a $500.00 deductible. $1000 deductible Collision Damage Waiver   $ 118.65 per week $ 16.95 per day   For $16.95 a day, you can have a $1000 deductible. Personal Accident Insurance Personal Accident Insurance is availabe at $6 per day and it provides accidental death and emergency medical expense benefits to the renter and all passengers in the vehicle. Luggage Transfer   $ 140.00  fixed   For a flat fee we will pick up your luggage from the airport and deliver it to your hotel in the Orlando area. Additional charges may be applied for greater distances. Supplemental Liability Insurance   $ 139.65 per week $ 19.50 per day   This coverage extends your liability insurance up to one million dollars in the event of a third party claim against you in the event of an accident.
